What got you here? My attention to detail, communication skills, creativeness, and 15 years in the hospitality industry led me to become an event planner. What do you love about your job? At the end of the night when the Bride & Groom are on the dance floor with smiles on their faces. And my tabbed  notebooks! Favorite thing to do outside of work? I love taking in the beauty of Hawaii. And watching football! Guiltiest pleasure? Traveling. Especially hopping on the plane to Florida to see family! Favorite menu item? Furikake Crusted Ahi with Wasabi Ginger Aioli

What got you here? My love of cooking comes from the time I've spent in East Germany, cooking and going to the markets with my Oma. I learned the importance of obtaining and growing food. Growing up in Hawaii, I was always catching, spearing and preparing fish. I have worked my way through the culinary world in every position. My passion for cooking has brought me where I am today. What do you love about your job? Working with an amazing crew that never lets me down. I love customizing menus to each event. We consistently challenging ourselves through the execution of our menus.  Favorite thing to do outside of work? Diving, sport fishing, providing ocean to table meals and realizing all the sustainability the island provides. Guiltiest pleasure? Everything you can find on a plate lunch. Favorite menu item? Our house made Lau Laus because we put a lot of pride and love into each one. They are broke da mouth ono!

Quickly Chef Jason was impressed by my work ethic and passion for food and cooking so he moved me into the kitchen.  What do you love about your job? I love learning how to create new menu items and picking up new techniques in the kitchen with the crew! Favorite thing to do outside of work? I enjoy morning beach walks near my home on the North Shore. I love finding shells and fishing! I adore spending time with family, friends and pets. What do you love about your job? I absolutely love working for BBC because I get to spend time with an awesome, hard working team. Plus my bosses are AMAZING! I also love that we get to be a big part of our client's special days. Being able to deliver an amazing experience for newlyweds makes all our hard work well worth it in the end!  Favorite thing to do outside of work? I love spending my days off at the beach.
